With my experience working with a range of Destination Marketing Organizations, I have a strong grasp of the industry's recommended standards. That's why my process involves working closely with you to identify and understand your DMO's technology requirements, and then devise a customized strategy to help you attain your marketing and sales objectives.

Discovery
The first step is gathering information about your organization's needs, goals and current state of your systems and processes. Through system audits and interviews with your stakeholders and key users, I will identify and document your strengths, pain points, and objectives.

Vendor Selection
Partnering with appropriate vendors is key to the success of your technology initiatives. Using the requirements identified during the discovery process, I will help you research and identify software providers. I will also create RFPs, review bids from vendors, and support you throughout the procurement process.

Project Strategy
In collaboration with your team and your vendors, I'll develop a plan for executing the project that includes identifying specific tasks and milestones, as well as determining the overall timeline and budget for the project.

Ongoing Consultation
Throughout the project lifecycle, I will provide guidance and support to ensure that it is executed successfully. This includes ongoing monitoring of progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise, and providing recommendations for how to improve products or processes to achieve your goals.

Change Management
A successful Change Management plan is vital to your success. I will work with your team to develop a training and change management strategy that fosters adoption and growth - and ultimately ensures you achieve your goals.
