My journey in the tourism industry began more than 20 years ago when I worked as a Tour Director and discovered my love for helping people experience new destinations. Later, I transitioned to journalism, often writing about the tourism community and gaining a better understanding of the industry. Eventually, my interest in technology led me to a position managing technology projects for Destination Management Organizations around the world. I have had the good fortune to work with many of the greatest thought leaders in the industry, gaining valuable knowledge and insights thanks to my collaboration with them.
